This is one of those quick wins. Makes a huge difference to the appearance of the car.

I’ve used that same kit. It is pretty much the best bang for your buck way to do a restore and in my case it was still holding up well a year later when I sold the car.

I still want to swap my lights out for the 2007 and some better bulbs.
2006:
2007:
I gave up trying to find one that actually throw a better beam.

Very nice! I used the 3M kit on my Mustang recently, and it kicks ass.

Nice, another fellow WJer on Oppositelock is always welcome.
I did mine about two years ago, but they’ve gone cloudy again.
I think I may just buy some new eyes altogether next time.

Former ‘02 Overland owner here! They’re really fantastic vehicles. I miss mine, but they’re kinda cramped for a 6'7" guy with kiddos.

Holy smokes! You’re a tall one. I’m exactly one foot shorter than you, and she’s darn near perfect for me. The adjustable pedals help. But I really don’t care for the seats all that much. I feel like I have to recline too far back to be comfortable.

I wish I was a foot shorter! I’ve found that the Limited and Overland seats are quite nice, but the Laredo seats are pretty bleh.

Good point. The Laredo seats do kind of suck. With my Overland seats leaned back, I’m pretty comfortable. But if I get rear ended my neck has a long way to go before it touches a headrest.

Speaking of seats, the bracket on my driver’s seat finally broke last Friday. Went ahead and ordered that beefy one from these guys .

nice job. I’ve sanded mine starting at 400 grit up to 2500, then clearcoat, which I have access to. *neat tip* Aerosol bug spray, OFF in the blue can (high% deet) Takes the yellow off of headlights. DO NOT get on paint or ESPECIALLY INTERIOR!!! but it works.
